This presentation will address the numerous changes to the ALTA Commitment and Policy forms with an emphasis on the overlap between the ALTA 2006 and the ALTA 2021 Forms. Specific focus will be on the amendments to the Commitment as a foundation to addressing the specific improvements to the Owners and Loan policies.
